Teriyaki Chicken
Using 2.5L unit with 1" water in the base, add 3 diced sweet potatoes. Bring unit to whistle, close Nutri-tone valve turn to low temperature and leave for 10 minutes.
Brown chicken (using no fat or oil) in large skillet. Cover, when it whistles turn off.
Open 2.5L unit and mash sweet potato using moisture in bottom of unit.
Put rocket on plate, add mashed sweet potato. Open large skillet of cooked chicken, sprinkle TAXO mix onto the chicken, pour teriyaki marinade on top and server on top of the sweet potato.

Lamb Curry
Brown onion, lamb and make curry paste in 7.5L Dutch oven. Add small amount of cinnamon.
Add 2 cups of rice and 3 cups of water on top of curry (in the same unit). Cover and allow to whistle.
In small skillet add salted cashews and sultanas with a little butter. Allow to whistle then turn off.
Dice 2 cold tomatoes. Open curry, layering on plate with fresh tomato, cashews and sultanas on the top and yoghurt on the side if desired.

Asian Chicken Curry
Many thanks to the Yeap family in Perth WA for sharing this recipe with us.
Start off by adding water to a hot curry to build a paste in the 7.5L Dutch oven.
Add chicken pieces & brown them (no oil required)
Add potato, a curry leaf, salt and water (preferably purified)
Turn the Nutri-Tone to the black cooking position. Wait for the whistle.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Finally add coconut milk & voila it is ready to serve.
Rice would be the best accompaniment for this dish.
1 cup of rice= 2 cups of water
2 cups of rice= 3 cups of water
Wait for the whistle & you have the fluffiest white rice with no water strain, less than half the speed & more moist than any rice cooker. A little cucumber salad on the side goes great with curry.

Shepherds Pie
Dice potatoes in 2.5L unit with 1" water on bottom. Allow to whistle and close the Nutri-tone valve and turn to low for 5 minutes, then turn off.
Place brown mince, onions, peas, diced carrots, corn, black sauce and savoury; mince packet together in large skillet, allow to whistle and then turn off and leave to sit for 10 minutes.
Open 2.5 litre and mash the potato using the moisture in the bottom of the unit.
Open the mince and pour off the excess water.
Layer the potato on top of the mince, add shredded cheese, place in the grill until brown then serve to the table.
